Terms

Updated 15 October 2026

These terms govern your use of krafftco.com and Krafft Studios (studios.krafftco.com), run by Krafftco LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Krafft", "we", "us"). Krafft Advisory, Krafft Studios and Krafft Ventures are its divisions. By using the sites you agree to these terms. Contact: will@krafftco.com.

1. Using the sites

Use the sites lawfully. Don't interfere with them, try to get into accounts that aren't yours, or scrape or copy them in bulk. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

2. Memberships

Some of Krafft Studios is for paid members. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires. If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Our work

The writing, photographs, films, audio and design on the sites belong to Krafft or to the people who made them with us, and are protected by copyright. You may read, watch and share links to them. You may not copy, republish or sell them, or use them to train software, without our written permission. To license a photograph or film, write to will@krafftco.com. Krafft, Krafft Studios, The Krafft Letter and the names of our series are our marks.

4. What you send us

If you send us a pitch, comment or other material, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to read and consider it. We publish nothing you send without your agreement.

5. Partner and client work

Pieces made with partners are labeled as made with them. Work we make for clients or partners is governed by the signed agreement for that work; where it differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

6. Not advice

What we publish is editorial. Nothing on the sites is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

7. Links

We link to other sites that we don't control, and we aren't responsible for them.

8. No warranties; limits on liability

The sites are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Krafft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Please write to us first; most things can be settled by a conversation.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell members by email before it applies to them.
